Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. /p h3YOUR CHALLENGE /h3 ul liEnsure a high service level by taking over IT Service Owner role for the remote access infrastructure based on Citrix Netscaler /li liConfiguring and optimising NetScaler appliances for high availability, scalability, and performance /li liProviding advanced troubleshooting and support for complex issues related to Citrix NetScaler /li liEnsuring the security of the NetScaler environment by configuring and maintaining security features /li liPerforming regular maintenance tasks such as firmware updates, backups, and log analysis to prevent issues before they occur /li liParticipating in disaster recovery and business continuity planning /li liProject work and project support /li li3rd level and 24/7 on-call duty /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liStrong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP,

DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols /li liIn-depth knowledge of load balancing techniques, content switching, and application delivery controllers /li liExcellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze logs, identify issues, and resolve complex problems /li liEffective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders /li liSelf-motivated personality /li liHigher education in computer science /li liProven experience with Citrix NetScaler, preferably with versions 12.x or later /li liBasic scripting skills in languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python, and experience with automation tools /li liRelevant certifications, such as Citrix Certified Professional - Networking (CCP-N) or Citrix Certified Expert - Networking (CCE-N) /li liKnowledge in other technologies like Zscaler ZIA ZPA, 2FA/MFA, PKI and Mailgetway
