In this role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale AMS programs, ensuring SLAs are met, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT services.

Job DescriptionRelevant Service Delivery experience in Managed Services for SAP systems (S4HANA and/or ECC) functional and/or subject matter expertise can supplement for years of direct SDM experienceExperience in a people management role, leadership Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Strong acumen to understand the business needs and ability to manage services in a very dynamic environmentKnowledge and experience with SLA’s, OLA’s, and Contracts in insourced or outsourced environments.Good understanding of SAP ERP, functional and/or technical SAP application knowledge.Knowledge of industry trends, their impact on business strategies, and SAP’s strategy and service portfolio.Ideally have SAP S4HANA, IT Service Management, Project Management certificationsKnowledge and experience with Agile and Lean process methodology preferredResponsibilities:As the one face to the customer, you will take along various service lines, giving guidance to the relevant delivery heads on the staffing needs, commercials, availabilities and the interests of the service lines even as you try to build synergies amongst them to craft efficient, lean and quality solutions for your customers.Oversee the delivery of SAP AMS, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.Maintain service quality and availability in adherence to SLAs and KPIs.Manage day-to-day operations for system reliability and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SAP AMS services.Build and maintain strong relationships through regular performance reviews and feedback collection.Coordinate stakeholder meetings to strengthen client partnerships.Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements to optimize client business operations.Recommend and implement best practices to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.Monitor and manage team performance, providing guidance and implementing performance metrics.Preferred:ITIL certification or experience in ITIL-based service management.Experience with SAP Solution Manager or other service management tools.PMP or other project management certifications.Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform).Personal skillsIn addition to the job-related qualification of the candidates, we place great value on personality suitability and fitment:Pronounced ability not only to analyze but to connect the dots and think laterallyA high degree of pro-activeness and leadershipPassion for being customer focused and establishing long term relationshipsIntense drive for excellence and qualityExcellent written and verbal skills both in German and EnglishAbout InfosysInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
