Aufgaben Engage in functional and process consulting, covering workshops, solution design, implementation, testing, training, and RICEF design. Collaborate effectively with offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution. Assume the role of project stream lead. Engage in recruitment activities by active participation in hiring and staffing processes. YOUR QUALIFICATION Hold a Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma degree.

Minimum 7 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP Architecture Leading the SAP Business Process Design for customers as the responsible Solution Architect Supporting business development activities for target and existing customers Supporting existing customers with all SAP issues Integral member of the global SAP Solution Design Team Collaboration on the market development strategy Working in cross-functional teams with other SAP Subject Matter Experts and experts in other technologies Collaboration in global teams in the onsite & offshore model Have strong communication skills in both English and the local language. Be willing to travel, with a commitment to a minimum of 60% travel.
