• Provide support for data analytics and business reporting projects, including prototyping, testing, and design • Support global business functions with key reporting and analytics deliverables • Work on data acquisition, modeling, mapping, design, and analysis tasks • Perform data source evaluation and design, data cleansing and preparation, ETL development, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Design and develop business rules • Design relational and dimensional data models • Create and help maintain technical and end-user documentation for integrations and applications • Support incidents, requests, and other support activities according to the standard ITSM lifecycle • Automate repetitive tasks • Participate in an on-call schedule to address critical operational incidents and business requests • Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in SAP technology, including SAP BW/4HANA as the primary skill set and SAP BOBJ as a secondary skill set • Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team across the globe • Willingness to learn and innovate new solutions • Passion for applications, analytics, and end-user productivity • Exceptional customer focus • Degree with a major in computer science engineering or equivalent from an accredited university (preferred) • Master's degree in computer science engineering from an accredited university (desired) • SAP BI/BW and BW/4HANA development and production support experience • SAP Business Objects development and production support experience (desirable) • BODS experience (desirable) • CDS views development in S/4HANA (desirable) • Solid knowledge of SAP Business Intelligence tools, including BW, BW/4HANA, and BOBJ • Ability to troubleshoot and support SAP BI solutions • Ability to prepare and validate BI solution designs, including dataflows, data sources, reporting, and planning functionality • Strong knowledge of SAP BI data architecture, star schema, and OLAP reporting models • SAP ERP application, data, and process experience (desired) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Business Objects for data analytics and business reporting, with a strong focus on data modeling, ETL development, and BI solution design.
