pbSAP Competence Centre Manager /b /p pWe are supporting a well-established Swiss organisation undergoing a major bSAP S/4HANA transformation /b and are looking for an experienced bSAP Solutions Leader /b to take ownership of the SAP solutions team and play a key role in the wider business transformation. /p pThis is a senior position combining bpeople leadership, SAP solution ownership and business transformation /b, with responsibility across Finance, Supply Chain and Order-to-Cash.

The manufacturing scope is also expected to expand as the transformation progresses. /p h3The Role /h3 pYou will lead and develop a team of SAP professionals and Business Analysts, establishing clear responsibilities, priorities and effective collaboration between IT and business functions. /p pAlongside the leadership responsibilities, you will retain a hands-on business-facing role across bSAP SD/MM and end-to-end Order-to-Cash /b, helping shape future processes and ensuring solutions remain aligned with SAP best practices and a clean-core approach. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, develop and provide direction to the SAP Services team and Business Analysts. /li liOwn SAP solution delivery and provide strategic direction across the transformation. /li liAct as the senior business-facing lead for bOrder-to-Cash (OTC) /b. /li liAnalyse and prioritise business requirements and

translate them into scalable bS/4HANA Cloud Public Edition /b solutions. /li liDesign and optimise lead-to-cash / OTC processes across customer, pricing, quotation, order, delivery and billing. /li liLead bfit-to-standard workshops /b and drive SAP best-practice adoption. /li liSupport the integration between bSAP S/4HANA, Salesforce and SAP BTP / Integration Suite /b. /li liManage internal stakeholders and external implementation partners. /li liProvide leadership through testing, migration, training, cutover, hypercare and transition to BAU. /li liIdentify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and digitalisation. /li liContribute to the wider business transformation strategy and future SAP roadmap. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liProven experience leading bSAP teams or SAP services functions /b. /li liStrong SAP transformation / S/4HANA experience. /li liSolid

bSAP SD/MM and OTC /b knowledge. /li liExperience with bS/4HANA Cloud Public Edition /b and fit-to-standard methodologies. /li liUnderstanding of CRM/ERP integration, ideally Salesforce. /li liExposure to bSAP BTP / Integration Suite /b. /li liStrong business analysis, solution design and stakeholder management capabilities. /li liExperience managing implementation partners and complex transformation programmes. /li liStrong leadership skills with the ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on business engagement. /li libGerman and English /b language skills would be highly advantageous. /li /ul pThis is an opportunity to take a bgenuine leadership role within a significant SAP transformation /b, with the scope to shape both the SAP function and the organisation's future technology landscap /p
