Your role

• Lead complex SAP Core Banking programmes, from solution design and planning through to implementation.
• Advise senior clients on banking transformation, technology strategy and integration challenges.
• Lead and develop project teams, setting delivery standards and building strong client relationships.
• Contribute to business development, identify new opportunities and help shape the team's future direction.

You bring

• Significant experience in SAP Core Banking or banking technology transformation.
• A track record of leading projects, managing stakeholders and delivering results in a consulting or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of core banking processes, SAP solutions and integration landscapes.
• Fluent German and English, with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders and lead teams.
