The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing data management strategies, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.How you’ll make an impactDevelop and execute comprehensive data migration strategies, including data mapping, cleansing, and validationAnalyze legacy systems to identify migration requirements and challengesDesign and implement ETL processes using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS)Optimize and troubleshoot BODS jobs for performance and reliabilityProvide functional expertise in SAP SD, MM, and PP modules to ensure accurate data alignmentDrive data quality improvement initiatives to enhance business process efficiency and analyticsConduct data validation, reconciliation, and testing to ensure data integrityCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and documentationYour background Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field8+ years of experience in SAP data migration, including SAP S/4HANA (preferred)Proficient in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) and data migration toolsStrong functional knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and PP modulesSkilled in data analysis, cleansing, and transformation techniquesExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in team environmentsSAP certification and project management experience are a plusQualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Data Services (BODS) and strong functional knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Plan to Deliver(P2D) modules.

This role will be crucial in ensuring successful data management (data migration, data quality, data consistency etc.) during the M&A, upgrades, consolidations and running processes.
