Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and delivery of the SAP ePPDS and IBP solution. • The most important aspect of this role is the ability to understand, challenge and communicate business challenges effectively. • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements, processes and challenges. • Analyse and collect business/planning data and translate findings into actionable solutions. • Support SAP IBP forecasting, order entry and production planning processes. • Define and recommend effective planning strategies and methodologies. • Ensure alignment between ePPDS/IBP and other functional and technical teams. • Provide training and guidance to key users and business stakeholders. • Support change management and user adoption. • Identify process gaps and challenge existing ways of working where appropriate. • Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, SAP teams and other project functions.

Required Experience • 5+ years of SAP ePPDS experience. • Strong practical knowledge of SAP IBP. • Proven experience with end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations. • Strong understanding of production planning, supply planning and forecasting. • Demonstrable experience leading and facilitating business/solution workshops. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work across multiple teams and drive alignment. • Good understanding of change management and user adoption.

Nice to Have • Basic SAP VC (Variant Configuration) knowledge would be beneficial. • Germanlanguage skills. • Experience working within complex, international SAP transformation programmes.

Onsite: 3 days onsite every 2 weeks Contract: 9 months initially, with potential for extension Start Date: ASAP The position has a strong functional and technical focus, with responsibility for leading the ePPDS and IBP solution, working with business stakeholders, facilitating workshops and translating complex planning requirements into effective solutions.
