6 MonthsLocation: Fully Remote (Occasional travel to Germany during critical phases)Languages: Fluent German & English (Mandatory)Start Date: ASAPRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP German Payroll Specialist to support an SAP Payroll implementation project, focusing on configuration, payroll schemas and compliance with German payroll legislation. Key Responsibilities- Support SAP German Payroll (PY-DE) implementation and configuration.- Configure and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types and payroll rules.- Ensure compliance with German payroll legislation, taxation and social security regulations.- Support payroll testing, troubleshooting, integration and go-live activities.- Work closely with HR, Payroll and technical teams to deliver project requirements.- Provide functional support during implementation and hypercare phases.

Required Skills & Experience- Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM German Payroll (PY-DE).- Proven SAP Payroll implementation and configuration experience.- In-depth knowledge of German payroll schemas, PCRs and wage types.- Strong understanding of German payroll legislation and statutory requirements.- Experience with SAP payroll testing and troubleshooting.- Fluent German and English (essential).- Willingness to travel to Germany during critical project phases.
