h3Head of SAP / SAP Services Director - S/4HANA Transformation /h3pbLocation: /b Bern or Zurich, Switzerlandbr/bType: /b Permanent /ppWe are supporting a leading Swiss organisation through a major bSAP S/4HANA transformation /b and are looking for an experienced bHead of SAP / SAP Services Leader /b to take ownership of the SAP function and help shape the organisation's future technology landscape. /ppThis is a strategic leadership position combining bSAP function leadership, people management, service delivery and business transformation /b. You will provide direction to the SAP team, establish clear ownership and priorities, and act as the senior interface between SAP, business functions, external partners and the wider transformation programme. /ph3The Role /h3pYou will lead and develop the SAP Services organisation, including SAP professionals and Business Analysts, while ensuring

the function delivers against business priorities. /ppThe transformation currently spans bFinance, Supply Chain and Order-to-Cash /b, with further manufacturing capabilities expected to come into scope.

A strong understanding of bSD/MM and Logistics /b is important, alongside the ability to take a holistic view across bCRM, Finance, Supply Chain and ERP /b. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn and develop the overall bSAP strategy, roadmap and service delivery model /b. /liliLead, mentor and develop the SAP Services team and Business Analysts. /liliEstablish clear responsibilities, priorities and governance across the SAP function. /liliAct as the senior SAP point of contact for business leadership and transformation stakeholders. /liliOversee SAP solution delivery across bFinance, Supply Chain, Logistics and OTC /b. /liliBring strong bSAP SD/MM and Logistics /b expertise to the function. /liliOwn the end-to‑end bOrder‑to‑Cash /b perspective, ensuring effective integration between CRM and ERP. /liliProvide strategic oversight of bS/4HANA Cloud Public Edition /b adoption and

transformation. /liliEnsure effective integration across SAP, CRM/Salesforce and wider enterprise applications. /liliManage external implementation partners and ensure delivery quality and accountability. /liliDrive standardisation, SAP best practices and bclean-core principles /b. /liliOversee major transformation activities including design, testing, migration, cutover and go-live. /liliIdentify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and digitalisation. /liliSupport the continued development and maturity of the SAP organisation. /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulliSignificant experience leading an bSAP function, SAP Services team or equivalent /b. /liliProven people leadership and experience managing SAP professionals and Business Analysts. /liliStrong SAP transformation and bS/4HANA /b experience. /liliSolid bSD/MM, Logistics and OTC /b knowledge. /liliUnderstanding of
