h3Head of SAP / SAP Services Director - S/4HANA Transformation /h3 pbLocation: /b Bern or Zurich, Switzerlandbr/bType: /b Permanent /p pWe are supporting a leading Swiss organisation through a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and are looking for an experienced Head of SAP / SAP Services Leader to take ownership of the SAP function and help shape the organisation's future technology landscape. /p pThis is a strategic leadership position combining SAP function leadership, people management, service delivery and business transformation.

You will provide direction to the SAP team, establish clear ownership and priorities, and act as the senior interface between SAP, business functions, external partners and the wider transformation programme. /p h3The Role /h3 pYou will lead and develop the SAP Services organisation, including SAP professionals and Business Analysts, while ensuring the function delivers against business priorities. /p pThe transformation currently spans Finance, Supply Chain and Order-to-Cash, with further manufacturing capabilities expected to come into scope.

A strong understanding of SD/MM and Logistics is important, alongside the ability to take a holistic view across CRM, Finance, Supply Chain and ERP. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn and develop the overall bSAP strategy, roadmap and service delivery model /b. /li liLead, mentor and develop the SAP Services team and Business Analysts. /li liEstablish clear responsibilities, priorities and governance across the SAP function. /li liAct as the senior SAP point of contact for business leadership and transformation stakeholders. /li liOversee SAP solution delivery across bFinance, Supply Chain, Logistics and OTC /b. /li liBring strong bSAP SD/MM and Logistics /b expertise to the function. /li liOwn the end-to-end bOrder-to-Cash /b perspective, ensuring effective integration between CRM and ERP. /li liProvide strategic oversight of bS/4HANA Cloud Public Edition /b adoption and

transformation. /li liEnsure effective integration across SAP, CRM/Salesforce and wider enterprise applications. /li liManage external implementation partners and ensure delivery quality and accountability /li liDrive standardisation, SAP best practices and bclean-core principles /b. /li liOversee major transformation activities including design, testing, migration, cutover and go-live. /li liIdentify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and digitalisation. /li liSupport the continued development and maturity of the SAP organisation. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liSignificant experience leading an SAP function, SAP Services team or equivalent. /li liProven people leadership and experience managing SAP professionals and Business Analysts. /li liStrong SAP transformation and S/4HANA experience. /li liSolid SD/MM, Logistics and OTC knowledge. /li liUnderstanding of

how SAP integrates across CRM, Finance and Supply Chain. /li liExperience with S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is highly desirable. /li liStrong stakeholder management at senior business and executive level. /li liExperience managing systems integrators, vendors and external partners. /li liStrategic mindset combined with sufficient SAP functional depth to challenge and guide solution decisions. /li liStrong communication skills in English and German. /li /ul pThis is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of an SAP function and shape the direction of a major S/4HANA transformation, rather than simply managing an individual SAP workstream. /p
