Key Responsibilities Support and drive initial SAP LGM implementation projects from discovery through go-live and hypercare Run requirements workshops with logistics stakeholders and translate operational needs into target processes and system design Contribute to fit to standard, process harmonization, and clean core aligned solution decisions Design and validate end to end logistics execution scenarios, including inbound, internal movements, picking, staging, shipping, and inventory Support testing and deployment readiness: SIT, UAT, regression, cutover preparation, go-live, hypercare Build reusable assets: process playbooks, configuration guidelines, test cases, training material, and documentation Collaborate with client teams and partner ecosystems in international delivery setups What You Bring Strong background in logistics and supply chain execution processes, ideally hands-on operational experience Experience as SAP user or key user in warehousing, ideally with SAP EWM, WM, or stock room management Motivation to learn and grow into a new SAP technology area and to help establish delivery standards Structured mindset, ownership, and strong stakeholder communication English business fluency, German is a plus Travel flexibility aligned with project needs Nice to Have Prior involvement in SAP implementation projects, even if not as a full-time consultant Knowledge of warehouse KPIs, process standardization, and operational excellence methods Basic understanding of integration touchpoints to SD, MM, and production supply scenarios Experience in training, change management, or key user enablement What We Offer Very competitive remuneration aligned with seniority and accountability Diverse and international culture with cross-border teams Flexible setup: permanent, freelance, or hybrid High-impact S/4HANA transformation programs and strong partner ecosystem Ready to Make an Impact?
