SAP PLM Process Consultant (Onsite – Germany)

Role Purpose
Support SAP PLM transition activities and ensure alignment between SAP PLM processes and the target PTC Windchill architecture.
Key Responsibilities
•
Analyze and optimize SAP PLM processes
•
Configure SAP PLM modules in SAP S/4HANA environments (ECM, DMS, Recipe & Specification Management)
•
Gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications
•
Support integration with other SAP modules and external systems (e.g., CAD)
•
Facilitate data migration including BOM synchronization and recipe management
•
Align SAP PLM data/processes with Windchill target system
•
Support migration testing, validation, and transition planning
•
Provide user training and prepare PDD/BPP documentation
Required Skills & Experience
•
8–10 years of strong SAP PLM experience
•
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (PLM Web UI preferred)
•
Experience in PLM migration projects to Windchill
•
Strong understanding of manufacturing & engineering data flows
•
Domain experience in Automotive / Manufacturing
•
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
