Your Role: • Leading the bid team before the start of the project and negotiating with the clients. • Planning, execution and control of large SAP implementation and integration projects. • Leading large project teams in complex projects with demanding customers. • Analysis of project-critical situations and identification of appropriate measures in the course of project turnaround management. • Building and maintaining partnership-based customer relationships with the aim of high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty. • Supporting project managers through training and coaching.

Your Skills: • 10+ years of experience in (multi-) project management, primarily in the area of SAP solutions and technologies; knowledge of the business of an IT service provider. • Several years of experience in leading project teams with more than 25 employees; knowledge of motivating employees in all phases of a project. • Experience in early recognition of critical project situations and structured approach to problem solving. • Confidence in dealing with and communicating at decision-making level. • Vision and recognition of new business potential; initiative to develop further growth. • Must be Fluent in German and English.
