Stakeholder & Delivery ManagementAct as the central interface between business departments, IT teams, SAP specialists and external partners. Manage expectations across senior leadership teams and executive sponsors. Ensure efficient utilisation of project resources and delivery teams.

Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders and steering committees. Ensure successful delivery across all project phases from initiation through hypercare and stabilisation. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, define priorities and align stakeholders.

Drive decision-making processes and manage escalations effectively. Quality, Governance & Risk ManagementIdentify, assess and proactively manage project risks and dependencies. Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards and documentation requirements. Coordinate testing activities and oversee defect resolution processes.

Ensure successful user acceptance, sign-off and project transition activities. Training & Change EnablementLead requirement gathering workshops with key stakeholders. Coordinate key-user and end-user training programmes. Support organisational change and user adoption initiatives. Help customers maximise the value of their SAP investments.

Financial & Commercial ManagementManage project budgets and financial performance. Coordinate and govern external consulting partners. Review Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals and commercial agreements.

Your ProfileYou are a confident and commercially minded project leader who enjoys operating at the intersection of business and technology.You bring:3–5+ years of experience delivering or managing IT and SAP-related projects. Experience working within SAP implementation, migration, rollout or transformation environments.

Previous experience as a Project Manager, PMO Lead, Workstream Lead or Senior Consultant with project responsibility. Strong understanding of both traditional and agile project management methodologies. Experience facilitating workshops and translating business requirements into actionable project plans.

Experience managing testing phases, quality assurance processes and go-live activities. Knowledge of budget management, resource planning and vendor governance. Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills. Fluent German and English language skills. A structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
