This is an opportunity to take ownership of SAP Public Cloud projects, help develop consulting capabilities and work with clients looking to modernise their business through SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

We're interested in someone who combines hands-on SAP expertise with the leadership skills to guide teams, build client relationships and turn cloud transformation opportunities into successful delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Lead SAP Public Cloud programmes — take responsibility for the delivery of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations, from initial scoping through to go-live.
• Drive client transformation — advise organisations on their move towards standardised, cloud-based ERP solutions, championing fit-to-standard principles and clean-core approaches.
• Lead and develop teams — mentor consultants, support career development and build a high-performing SAP Public Cloud team.
• Shape solution strategy — oversee solution design, implementation methodology and the adoption of SAP best practices.
• Support business development — identify opportunities with existing and prospective clients, contribute to proposals and help develop the Public Cloud consulting offering.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, ideally across multiple implementation projects.
• Previous experience in a consulting leadership role, such as Manager, Senior Manager or an equivalent delivery lead position.
• A solid understanding of fit-to-standard implementation methodologies and SAP Activate.
• Experience leading project teams and managing client expectations throughout complex implementations.
• Commercial awareness, with the ability to contribute to proposals, project scoping and business development.
