SAP QM Consultant (m/f/d)

Overview

As a SAP QM Consultant at Bruker, you will drive quality management solutions within a global harmonization program and support logistics/operations. You will implement SAP QM configurations, coordinate with business stakeholders and IT, and lead workshops and trainings. You’ll translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions and ensure alignment with global standards. This role offers impact across production, materials management, and cross-functional teams, contributing to Bruker’s mission of reliable, high-quality analytical solutions.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Implement SAP solutions (customizing, testing, training) within the global harmonization initiative
• Contribute to all phases of SAP implementation lifecycle including documentation
• Consult business community focusing on Quality Management and related areas (Production, Materials Management)
• Define business requirements and create solution proposals; act as broker between Business and Global IT
• Design process solutions and produce functional/technical specs; align with SAP QM stakeholders
• Manage workshops and trainings with SAP Key-Users
• Support and improve operations by handling SAP service requests and incidents
• Coordinate with external 3rd party service providers when needed

Zentrale Anforderungen

• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or comparable qualification
• Minimum 3 years of SAP QM experience (configuration/customizing, rollout, development)
• Ability to design and explain cross-functional solution approaches
• Ability to connect business requirements with new SAP technologies
• Strong ability to defend standards against customer-specific requirements
• ABAP skills are an added advantage
• Project management skills are an added advantage
