The following challenges await you:Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a primary focus on Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation.Analyze and translate business and HR requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end HR processes.Design, build, and maintain Business Rules to automate and streamline HR workflows.Support data migration, data validation, and system testing activities during implementations and enhancements.Document system configurations, business rules, integration specifications and process flows.Advise stakeholders on best practices and innovations within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape.Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors innovations and proactively recommend continuous improvements.

Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related fieldProven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on configuration expertise and HR processes knowledgeDeep understanding of Employee Central, Learning, OnboardingStrong knowledge of Business Rule creation and Role Based PermissionsExperience with Data Protection and Data Retention ManagementFamiliarity with People Analytics, Recruiting, and Succession modules is a plus Document Management systems like Open TextSAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirableExperience with Employee Central Payroll or Time Tracking is a plusExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
