The business have recently carried out the Greenfield Implementation of S/4HANA and their ongoing tasks and projects require a leader to devise and lead on a strategy to drive the effectiveness of the system and team.
Tasks Personnel leadership of a team of 5 SAP Specialists across varied modules Communication and commitment on strategy with key stakeholders and leaders within the business "Lead from the front" attitude to SAP Systems and processes Clear communication to team and colleagues Strong and structured leadership of the team with use of goals and clear expectations being set and communicated Profile 5+ Years SAP Hands on experience in a core ERP Module or topic 2+ Years leadership experience Experience of working on key business projects e.g.
