Join a major international manufacturing organisation embarking on a significant SAP S/4HANA transformation.
You will take a leading role in managing the transformation programme, working across business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery.
Key Skills & Experience Required
• 5+ years' experience in SAP programme or project management
• Strong experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
• Proven experience managing complex SAP transformation projects
• Experience across migration, testing, cutover and go-live activities
• Strong programme governance and risk management experience
• Experience managing SAP implementation partners and external vendors
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous
• Experience with international / multi-site SAP programmes
• Strong English communication skills
• German language skills advantageous
Ideal Profile
We are looking for an experienced SAP Transformation Manager / S/4HANA Programme Manager who can take ownership of a complex transformation programme and operate confidently with senior business stakeholders, IT teams and external SAP partners.
The role will focus on programme governance, transformation planning, migration readiness, testing, cutover and post-go-live activities, while coordinating internal stakeholders and external SAP implementation partners.
The ideal freelancer will have a strong track record delivering S/4HANA transformations and be comfortable managing multiple workstreams, risks, dependencies and senior stakeholders throughout the programme lifecycle.
