We are looking for an experienced SAP Utilities (IS-U) professional to join a growing product organisation and take genuine ownership of a strategic SAP Utilities product portfolio.

This is a role for someone who knows SAP IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities, understands the realities of the German energy market, and wants to move into a position where their experience directly influences what gets built, how it develops and where the product goes next.

And importantly: you can do this from anywhere in Germany.

What you'll do

• Own and develop the SAP Utilities product roadmap
• Define and prioritise the product backlog
• Translate customer and business requirements into product features
• Work closely with SAP Utilities experts, architects, developers and customers
• Identify opportunities for innovation across SAP S/4HANA Utilities
• Analyse market and regulatory developments within the German Utilities sector
• Define epics, features and user stories
• Coordinate product releases and priorities
• Act as the bridge between business, technology and customers
• Help shape the future direction of the product

What we're looking for

We are looking for:

• Strong SAP Utilities / SAP IS-U experience
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of Utilities business processes
• Experience in requirements management, functional design or product development
• Agile / Scrum experience is beneficial

Experience across Meter-to-Cash, Billing, Device Management, Market Communication, EDM, Customer Processes or Energy Data Management would be particularly valuable.
