Requirements • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; alternatively, equivalent professional experience. • 4+ years of experience in backend development, ideally within distributed or event-driven system environments. • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and scalable application design. • Solid understanding of event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and reliable system communication patterns. • Experience working with NoSQL databases, containerized applications, and modern software development practices. • Ability to translate technical concepts into robust, maintainable, and production-ready software solutions. • Structured, ownership-driven, and quality-focused approach with a passion for delivering reliable software. • Strong English skills (C1) in both written and spoken communication.
