Senior DevOps Engineer

• Contribute to architectural decisions and address technical debt

• Make pragmatic trade-offs across reliability, scalability, security, and cost

• Design, build, and operate secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud platforms and services

• Improve automation, infrastructure, deployment processes, observability, and operational efficiency

• Work with distributed software, event-driven architectures, and event streaming

• Break complex initiatives into smaller workstreams and deliver value incrementally

• Investigate recurring issues and create lasting root-cause solutions

• Share knowledge, mentor less experienced engineers, and promote collaboration, transparency, and shared responsibility

Requirements

• Several years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or a related field

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure

• Professional experience with Go (Golang), ideally for automation, platform tooling, or backend services

• Understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and event streaming

• Experience with automation, infrastructure as code, continuous delivery, observability, security, and reliability

• Ability to make sound architectural decisions and explain technical trade-offs clearly

• Experience leading technical initiatives and delivering complex work incrementally

• Enjoyment of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentoring

• Ownership of outcomes and continuous learning
