Senior Engineering Manager

They're now extending that work to one of the hardest emerging problems in online systems: trust among AI agents.

Founded and backed by world's largest investment groups, they are now pushing into a new frontier: connecting decentralised identity systems with AI-driven applications.

Role Overview:

Every day, billions of digital interactions happen without a verified identity behind them. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you'll lead the team building the platform that changes that - at internet scale.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery across a TypeScript, Node.js and React full-stack product.
• Lead 15 people spread across multiple teams.
• Translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable team priorities.
• Partner with product and design to uphold a high quality bar in a fast-paced environment.
• Champion clean architecture, CI/CD, security and coding standards across the team.
• Guide the team through high-scope technical decisions and architectural trade-offs.
• Coach engineers in their growth and build an inclusive, high-performance team culture.

Qualifications:

• A hands-on engineering leader with a proven record of shipping production-grade products and growing high-performing teams.
• Strong foundation in TypeScript, Node.js and React.
• Solid cloud-native background (AWS serverless preferred), microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Fluent in CI/CD, TDD, clean architecture and architectural documentation.
