The Role

We are seeking a technical leader to oversee multiple engineering squads building our core platform. This role is a sophisticated blend of people leadership and technical strategy. You will coach managers and staff engineers while remaining a key voice in architectural decisions, ensuring our distributed systems remain secure, scalable, and performant.

Technical Environment

Our teams work across the full stack using TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with mobile components in Flutter/Dart. On the backend, we are a polyglot environment; while we use Rust for performance-critical services, we value deep expertise in any modern backend language (such as Java, Go, or C#) provided you have a strong grasp of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture (AWS).
