What we expect from you Technical Expertise • 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (or equivalent hands-on depth — we value real coding experience over titles) • Strong experience with modern TypeScript & React • Confident working with SQL and data modeling • Experience building and operating services in Google Cloud • Familiar with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD workflows • Comfortable designing APIs, integrations, and scalable architectures • Fluent in English (German or French is a plus) Nice to have: HubSpot, n8n, BigQuery, Docker, Tailwind, ETL/data engineering, event-driven systems.

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who thrives with high autonomy, takes ownership without being told twice, and delivers real impact — someone who's built things in a vibrant, fast-moving, ideally startup environment and knows how to figure things out when the path isn't fully mapped out yet.

You'll work closely with Product and business leadership and take end-to-end ownership of key platform initiatives.

You will: • Build and extend platform features & internal tools • Design and optimize data pipelines & integrations • Operate scalable services on Google Cloud • Maintain CI/CD pipelines & deployment environments • Ensure quality through testing and code reviews This is not a ticket role.
