Senior Fullstack Developer–Java, TypeScript and Cloud–Frankfurt– 90.000 EUR

About us
We help organisations turn ideas into robust digital products by combining deep technical expertise with a pragmatic, people-first mindset.

The role
We’re looking for an experienced fullstack engineer who thrives on taking ownership—from solution architecture to delivery. In this role, you’ll be shaping modern, cloud-native applications, driving technical decisions, and mentoring others to reach their potential.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement complex, scalable fullstack solutions using Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Lead technical architecture discussions and translate business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Introduce best practices and guide teams in modern development methods, CI/CD, and agile workflows.
• Coach and mentor less experienced developers, fostering a culture of learning and quality.
• Contribute to shaping internal processes, tool selection, and long-term technical strategy.

What you bring

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development, ideally across both backend and frontend.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-quality applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps practices.
• Ability to influence and lead technical direction in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Based locally to Frankfurt.

What we offer

• A high-trust, flexible work culture—fully remote with occasional team meet-ups.
• Clear opportunities to shape the technical roadmap and company direction.
• Competitive salary with performance bonuses.
• Personal development budget for training, certifications, and conferences.
• Benefits including business bike, gym offers, and annual tech event access.
• A team that values expertise, autonomy, and collaboration over hierarchy.

If you’re ready to take the lead on challenging projects and help shape the next chapter of our growth, we’d love to hear from you.
