You'll develop robust, scalable full-stack solutions that power physical R&D automation, working directly with our founding team to shape the future of an AI-driven multidisciplinary system design.Your RoleDesign, implement, and deploy complex, production-ready web applications and digital solutions at the forefront of our AI product, directly contributing to its architecture and technical foundationBuild and maintain scalable full-stack features end-to-end - spanning frontend (React, Vue) and backend (Node.js, Python) - and integrate AI capabilities into user-facing product surfacesDefine the tech stack and system architecture, implementing scalable API microservices with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelinesWork closely with AI Engineers, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software that meets both technical and product requirementsMentor engineers across the team, drive engineering best practices, and continuously improve our software infrastructure by introducing new tools, frameworks, and learningsYour ProfileUniversity degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in agile software developmentStrong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with modern frameworks (React, Vue, Node.js); solid experience with Python and backend frameworks like Django or FastAPIProven experience with production deployments and CI/CD pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), scalable API design, and application securitySolid grasp of engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, and building highly scalable applications; experience with GraphQL or graph databases (e.g.
