ppWe are supporting a well-established consulting organisation that is looking for an experienced bSAP Finance Transformation Lead /b to join its growing team in Switzerland. /ppThis is a senior client-facing role for someone who enjoys working on complex SAP transformation projects and helping businesses improve their finance processes, systems and ways of working. /ph3The Role /h3pYou will work closely with senior stakeholders and project teams to deliver large SAP finance transformation programmes. /ppYour responsibilities will include: /pulliLeading SAP Finance transformation projects from planning through to delivery /liliUnderstanding a client's business and finance requirements /liliHelping design SAP solutions that support business goals /liliManaging different project streams and project teams /liliWorking with senior client stakeholders throughout the project /liliSupporting

SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes /liliHelping clients improve finance processes and operational efficiency /liliContributing to the development of the wider SAP Finance practice /liliSupporting business development and client discussions when required /li /ulh3What We Are Looking For /h3pYou should have: /pulliStrong experience delivering SAP Finance transformation projects /liliExperience working on large or complex SAP programmes /liliGood knowledge of SAP Finance and SAP S/4HANA /liliExperience managing projects or workstreams from start to finish /liliStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skills /liliExperience working with senior decision-makers /liliA good understanding of finance processes and how technology can improve them /liliPrevious consulting experience or experience working in a similar client-facing environment /liliStrong communication skills /liliFluent
