You ensure delivery teams have the clarity, context, and prioritization needed to build products that deliver measurable customer and business value.As a key link between Product Management, Engineering, UX, and customer-facing teams, you create alignment, manage trade-offs, and drive successful product delivery in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.The ideal candidate combines a strong technical background with extensive experience in agile product development and a proven track record of delivering complex software products from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities Customer Discovery & InsightsTranslate customer and market insights into clear problem statements, user needs, and backlog prioritiesMaintain a structured view of customer feedback, enhancement requests, defects, and adoption signals within your product domainPartner with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Professional Services to continuously gather and validate customer needsContribute domain expertise to product discovery and validation activitiesBacklog Ownership & DeliveryOwn and continuously prioritize a value-driven product backlog aligned with roadmap objectives, customer value, technical dependencies, and business prioritiesDefine and refine epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirementsDrive backlog refinement, story decomposition, sprint readiness, and dependency managementMake day-to-day product decisions within the agreed product strategyEnsure delivered solutions meet quality, usability, scalability, security, compliance, and performance requirementsStakeholder AlignmentCollaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX, QA, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to ensure shared understanding of priorities and requirementsCommunicate progress, dependencies, risks, scope implications, and trade-off recommendations to stakeholdersSupport selected customer engagements, workshops, pilots, and product demonstrations together with the Product ManagerProduct Performance & Continuous ImprovementMonitor product performance, adoption, customer feedback, and support insightsPartner with the Product Manager to evaluate outcomes against KPIs and continuously improve the productDrive continuous backlog optimization based on customer and business learningsMarket & Technology AwarenessStay informed about developments in Workforce Management, AI, LLMs, and agent-based technologiesAssess opportunities and implications for customer value, usability, compliance, and scalabilityContribute insights that support product roadmap decisions and innovation initiativesCommercial ContributionProvide customer, usage, and delivery insights to support pricing, packaging, and monetization discussionsHelp ensure product investments are aligned with business objectives and customer value creationKey Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile B2B SaaS environment, ideally within Workforce Management, HR Tech, or enterprise softwareStrong technical foundation with the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Architecture teamsProven experience translating product strategy into well-prioritized backlogs and successful product deliveryStrong understanding of agile product development, backlog management, and requirements engineeringCustomer-centric mindset with the ability to balance user, business, and technical needsFamiliarity with AI technologies, including LLMs and agent-based solutions, and an interest in their practical applicationExperience working with Jira or comparable product management toolsBusiness-fluent EnglishOur Benefits Competitive Rewards: Including profit-sharing and employee stock program.

The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to partner closely with the Product Manager and translate product strategy, customer needs, and business priorities into valuable product outcomes.While the Product Manager owns product vision, roadmap direction, and market strategy, you own the execution layer.
