Responsibilities • Research supply chain and finance business needs and translate them into technical and/or functional enhancements for configuration, business process changes, and development • Develop detailed functional and technical specifications • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues and provide end-user support • Monitor applications during maintenance, upgrades, and implementations • Lead business process design, reengineering, and documentation for new technology • Build application tables, panels, and reports for the S4/HANA application • Code individual modules and complex functions for the S4/HANA application • Collaborate with SSM’s development team and communicate difficult concepts • Use awareness of department and system initiatives to drive decision‑making while maintaining positive customer relationships • Provide Level II support for applications including finance, vendor invoice management, security, treasury, supply chain, Ariba, and GHX • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education • Five years’ SAP experience with two years’ in SAP S/4 • Experience with SAP Finance and/or Supply Chain functionality • Experience with design, configuration, ABAP development, technical environment concepts/functions • Proven track record of working with SAP systems in a senior analyst capacity • Experience in remote work environments is preferred • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for near and far distances and to identify and distinguish colors • Frequent use of hearing and speech for oral communication; ability to hear alarms and malfunctioning machinery • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. • Rare climbing • Required professional licenses and/or certifications: None Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in SAP S/4HANA application development, configuration, troubleshooting, with a strong focus on finance and supply chain functionalities.

Proven ability to lead business process design and collaborate effectively with development teams while maintaining positive customer relationships.
