Key Responsibilities: Design and implement the integration between Coupa and SAP S/4HANA via SAP BTP Take ownership of the technical integration activities Analyse existing systems, interfaces and integration requirements Configure, develop, test and support interfaces Troubleshoot integration issues and drive solutions Work with APIs, interfaces and integration architecture Create clear and maintainable technical documentation Transfer knowledge to the internal team Support the team in understanding and maintaining the integration Communicate progress, risks, dependencies and technical issues transparently Take ownership of agreed deliverables and ensure reliable delivery Must-Have Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP and SAP integration technologies Proven Coupa / SAP integration experience Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations Experience integrating SAP with external SaaS or procurement platforms Strong understanding of APIs, interfaces and integration architecture Experience with Procurement and Source-to-Pay processes Experience delivering similar SAP BTP integration projects German-speaking Hands-on, pragmatic and delivery-focused mindset Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills High level of ownership and accountability Ability to work independently with limited onboarding Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a senior SAP Integration expert who can step into the project quickly and contribute immediately , without requiring extensive onboarding or supervision.
