What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of professional backend experience with Java and Spring Boot . • Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB). • Proven experience designing and scaling RESTful APIs . • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum , code reviews, and collaborative workflows. • German fluency (C1 or higher) – required for internal communication. • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Available Positions • Senior Backend Developer (Java): Core backend engineering with deep Java and Spring Boot experience. • Senior Backend / DevOps Engineer: 50/50 blend of backend development and DevOps – build pipelines, manage CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and optimize databases. • Senior Backend / AI Engineer: Backend focus with exposure to AI systems and Python integration.
