Задачи:

• Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of business-critical cloud platforms and services
• Monitor, operate, and continuously improve cloud-native environments running on AWS and Kubernetes
• Lead incident management activities and coordinate the resolution of major production incidents
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Define, measure, and improve service reliability through SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, KPIs, and operational metrics
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce operational toil and improve efficiency using Infrastructure as Code and scripting
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and operational tooling
• Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability solutions
• Collaborate with development, platform, infrastructure, and security teams to improve service resilience
• Support cloud migrations, platform upgrades, deployments, and release activities
• Contribute to capacity planning, performance optimization, and disaster recovery preparedness
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on Site Reliability Engineering best practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Cloud Operations and Reliability Engineering functions

Требования:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Operations Engineer, or Platform Engineer
• Hands‑on experience operating production environments on AWS
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and cloud-native technologies
• Proven experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Root Cause Analysis
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, Splunk, or CloudWatch
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
