Software Architect - BW Area - Up to (d / m / w)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support development teams from a technical perspective, including conducting architectural assessments and code quality reviews
• Analyze system-level requirements and translate them into structured and maintainable software specifications
• Design, evolve, and maintain the software architecture for complex distributed solutions
• Implement advanced software components using languages such as C++ and other relevant languages
• Evaluate and fine-tune communication protocols to achieve optimal performance in terms of throughput, latency, and efficiency
• Contribute to the coordination of external development partners and support the planning and execution of agile development workflows

Desired Skills and Experience

• Completed a degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or similar
• 7+ years in software development, specifically in the domain of asynchronous real-time distributed systems
• 7+ years in C++11/14/17, as well as other languages such as Python, Rust, and Golang
• 2+ years in software architectural design and development, particularly for network architectures (OSI model, TCP/IP, etc.)
• Fluency in German & English is mandatory
