Responsibilities

• Define software requirements and designs based on system specifications
• Create, test, and integrate software components
• Perform software verification and create test cases and procedures
• Plan and execute hardware-software integration tests
• Enhance existing tests by integrating them into a CI/CD framework (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery)
• Create and manage software lifecycle documentation
• Be responsible for configuration and release management for software artefacts
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of teamwork and software development

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Software Engineering (at least Bachelor's degree)
• Several years of professional experience in IT/information systems as well as in system verification and integration
• Basic knowledge of project and process management as well as a good understanding of the DO-178 lifecycle
• Required skills in C/C++
• Experience with Agile and DevOps development practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Github, Jenkins) desirable
• Knowledge of model-based development (e.g., SCADE) advantageous
• Business fluent English (at least C1); German skills are advantageous
• CV in English required
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and teamwork
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
