Actively guide the effective adoption of technology across projects and business lines in close collaboration with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders; /li libTake end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives /b, being accountable for architectural and technology decisions and driving them through to successful, scalable, and sustainable implementation and adoption; /li libContribute to defining and driving the enterprise technology strategy and adoption /b of shared, scalable platforms and technologies (including AI) ensuring solutions are designed for reliability, reusability, long-term impact, and

business value; /li libContinuously explore and assess emerging technologies, tools, and architectural approaches /b, identifying opportunities to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and enable scalable adoption of strategic capabilities; /li libDesign and drive technical solutions that enable integration, optimization, and automation of business processes /b, working closely with business and platform management; /li liCo-steer the demand and prioritization process together with other Solution Architects and Business Owners, ensuring alignment with the target architecture, technology strategy, and business value objectives. /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p ul libDegree in Computer Science /b or a related field (Master's degree preferred); /li liProven experience (3+ years) as a bSolution Architect and/or Lead Software Engineer /b, with a strong track record of bhands-on design and

delivery of enterprise-scale software ecosystems /b; /li liDemonstrated, practical expertise in bkey enabling technologies such as AI, cloud architecture /b, and shared platforms, including experience implementing and bscaling solutions /b in complex enterprise environments; /li liDeep understanding of modern software development lifecycles and enterprise engineering practices, including architecture governance, DevOps, CI/CD, QA, and operational readiness; /li liStrong hands-on mindset combined with a bproactive curiosity to learn, experiment, and explore new technologies /b, particularly in fast-evolving areas such as AI and automation; /li libExcellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills /b, with the ability to work effectively across business lines and influence senior stakeholders to drive aligned, firm-wide outcomes; /li libClear and confident communicator /b, able to
