This role is ideal for an experienced SAP professional with deep technical expertise in SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and SAP BTP Integration.Key Responsibilities:• Design and implement comprehensive SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions including integration with third-party systems (e.g., Concur). • Develop and optimize hybrid integration scenarios between SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and external systems. • Create data flow and interface models, mapping concepts, and identity concepts (organizational and personnel master data). • Conduct customer workshops and coaching sessions; take ownership of technical project delivery. • Ensure compliance with company policies, IT security standards, and GDPR requirements. • Collaborate with HR departments and IT teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
