With real customers already using the product on live projects, you'll join at a stage where your work can make a tangible difference.

• Work directly with the founders and influence technical decisions.
• Turn AI into practical tools that solve real customer problems.
• Take ownership across frontend, backend and database development.
• Help shape the product and engineering culture as the team grows.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and React/Next.js
• Full-stack capability, including backend APIs and databases
• Experience shipping production features and owning them end to end
• Good technical judgement and a product-focused approach
• Comfort working in a small team where priorities can change
• Startup experience is helpful but not essential.
• Experience with AI products, data-heavy applications or construction technology is a plus.

What's on Offer?

• Up to €80,000 (DPE) + Equity
• Hybrid working, with 3 days per week in central Munich office
• Direct access to the founders, genuine technical ownership and autonomy
• Room to grow as the company and engineering team expand
