Delivered process improvements by designing and implementing new business processes and supporting technology solutions to increase operational efficiency. Provided second and third-line functional support for SAP MM, resolving complex issues and ensuring system stability and business continuity. Worked closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend best-practice solutions, and support continuous process optimisation.

Profile Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Extensive experience working with SAP ERP, specialising in SAP MM configuration and support. Strong expertise in SAP MM/MRP solution design, configuration, and functional customisation. Experience delivering international SAP migration programmes and full lifecycle (end-to-end) procurement implementations. Fluent in English with experience working in multilingual and international business environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach and a customer-focused mindset.
