SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant (m/w/d)

Overview

In this role you will lead SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance rollout initiatives for new warehouses and plants based on a global template. You will collaborate with business SMEs and technical teams across fit-gap, localization, data migration, cutover and hyper care. The position involves ensuring PM process excellence and integration with other modules while supporting data cleansing and EHS considerations. This is a client-facing, global delivery role that drives standardization and transformation in asset-intensive environments.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Implement and support SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance
• Manage core PM processes: Maintenance Requests; Work Order Planning & Execution; Preventive Maintenance; Calibration and Refurbishment; Corrective & Emergency Maintenance
• Ensure integration with MM, WM/EWM, FI/CO, and Procurement
• Support data migration, cleansing, and harmonization of PM objects
• Design and maintain global technical object structures
• Collaborate on Engineering to Maintenance handover
• Support EHS processes within maintenance activities
