multi-year impact;Drive engineering excellence beyond Menu Personalization by setting standards adopted by other ML and data teams;Sync with peers across HelloFresh on best practices and contribute to company-wide engineering initiatives advancing ML and data engineering.Требования:8+ Years of experience building and operating production ML systems;Track record of technical leadership at scale;Experience making architectural decisions that remained effective over multiple years and influenced teams beyond the candidate's own team;Fluency in Python and Spark;Fluency in Go, Kafka, and Kubernetes;Hands-on experience with pipelines, model serving, and observability at scale;Statistical literacy for designing reliable experiments and evaluating model quality;Operational judgment to diagnose system issues, identify root causes, and build debuggable systems under real load;Hands-on experience
