About the role This is a client-facing leadership role within the SAP Finance practice, focused on SAP FPSL (Financial Product Subledger) as part of complex S/4HANA Finance transformations.

As a Managing Consultant, you will lead FPSL workstreams, design subledger solutions for major financial services and industry clients, and mentor a team of consultants while working directly with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP FPSL solution design and implementation within S/4HANA Finance transformations Map complex subledger accounting and reporting requirements to FPSL functionality and global templates Integrate FPSL with SAP S/4HANA Finance , source systems and downstream reporting tools Run management workshops , requirements sessions and steering meetings with senior stakeholders Steer project teams, manage workstreams and ensure high-quality delivery from blueprint through go-live Support pre-sales , estimations and transformation planning for FPSL-related opportunities Mentor and develop junior FPSL consultants and contribute to practice growth and knowledge sharing Profile 5+ years of experience in SAP, with deep hands-on SAP FPSL expertise Strong understanding of subledger accounting , financial reporting and related business processes in financial services

and/or industry Solid background in SAP S/4HANA Finance (e.g.
