These tasks interest you

  • You will work in an interdisciplinary team with highly qualified software engineers, UI/UX experts, Agile coaches, and Product Owners on high-quality software solutions for complex and diverse challenges.
  • Working directly with our clients, you’ll develop sustainable concepts as a software engineer with a scientific approach, and implement them iteratively and incrementally together with your team.
  • You will experience agile software development with us through daily scrums, reviews at the client’s site, and professional retrospectives with the support of our agile coaches.
  • Learning by doing: As part of your project team, you’ll develop an increasingly better understanding of the principles and methods of high-end software engineering, such as clean code, automated testing, code reviews, and more.
  • You will work self-organized within your project team and take on responsibility.

That makes you stand out

  • You have successfully completed a master’s degree or a Ph.D. in STEM and are passionate about software engineering in the age of AI.
  • More than just theory: You love to tackle complex problems logically and analytically and use that approach to derive and implement high-quality, functional models of reality.
  • You already have practical experience in software development (e.g., in Python, Matlab, C++, Java), are a quick learner, and can quickly get up to speed with new technologies.
  • You have already gained some first‑hand experience with “AI for Software Engineering” (e.g., with Claude Code, Open Code, or GitHub Co‑Pilot) and are eager to use these tools in our client projects.
  • You’re committed to continuous self‑improvement, e.g., through internal tech talks, cross‑team communities, conferences, research, etc.
  • You communicate openly and honestly, offer constructive criticism, accept feedback, and thereby continuously grow personally as well.
  • You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 level) to ensure clear and confident communication within the team and with our partners.
