SAP Data Migration Technical Lead (m/f/d)

About the Opportunity

We're currently supporting a global consulting and technology services organization with a strong SAP transformation practice. As part of their continued growth in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, they are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Technical Lead to drive complex migration initiatives for enterprise customers.

This is a senior, customer-facing role that combines migration leadership, stakeholder management, technical guidance, and end-to-end ownership of the data migration workstream.

Your Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP data migration strategy, architecture, and execution
• Lead data profiling, mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Define migration standards, frameworks, and governance processes
• Support ETL design and implementation activities
• Manage migration cycles, mock loads, and cutover planning
• Coordinate business and technical stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to migration teams
• Drive successful SAP S/4HANA migration outcomes across large international programs

Your Profile

• Several years of SAP Data Migration experience
• SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation experience
• Experience with migration strategy and governance
• Strong understanding of ETL and migration methodologies
• Experience with migration tools such as LSMW, Migration Cockpit, LTMC/LTMOM, SAP Data Services, or similar
• Cutover planning and execution experience
• Consulting and customer-facing experience
