SAP Project Manager

We are currently searching for an German speaking SAP FICO Consultant with extensive experience in RTR and leadership to join our global client of ours on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity to join a long-term S/4 Hana transformation programme, with rollouts to entities continuing beyond 2030 globally. Next in scope is an entity with approximately 180,000 employees.

• Contract Type: Permanent
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site in Cologne, Germany (candidates must live within 1.5 hours of Cologne)

Role/Responsibilities

• 4-7 years of relevant experience
• SAP S/4HANA template roll-out experience essential (at least one full project, with scope to develop further within the team)
• Strong knowledge of Record-to-Report (RTR)
• Detailed knowledge of Asset Accounting, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheets, Sub-Ledger and General Ledger
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
• Experience across the end-to-end deployment lifecycle
• Lead deployments as part of a global finance transformation programme
• Work within a centralised deployment team of 30 - 40 people, within a wider finance services function of 600 - 700 employees
• Collaborate with the central programme team and local business stakeholders to ensure each entity is deployed successfully and on schedule
