Technical Product Owner (m/f/d)

For our client, a leading premium automotive manufacturer in Böblingen, we are looking for a Technical Product Owner (m/f/d). As part of a temporary staffing arrangement, you will be permanently employed by us and will be responsible for the long-term development of key after-sales IT systems – from vehicle diagnostics to documentation. • Future-Oriented: Enthusiasm for the use of AI in software development.
• Strategy & Roadmap: Shaping the product vision and strategic topic planning.
• Stakeholder Consulting: Providing technical advice to specialist departments and clarifying interfaces in the SAFe environment.
• End-to-End Product Management: Overseeing the entire development process from idea to go-live (epics, user stories, backlog prioritization).
• Suppliers & AI: Managing external IT partners and driving AI capabilities in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Quality & Operations: Test management, quality assurance (code quality, FOSS), and KPI monitoring for high availability. 3rd-Level Support: Expert-level incident analysis and escalation management.
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit starkem IT-Fokus (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Praxis in der Steuerung komplexer IT-Projekte und -Produkte sowie profunde Erfahrung in der Anwendung moderner agiler Methoden (z. B. SAFe).
• Ausgeprägte Architekturkompetenz und fundiertes Verständnis von modernen Cloud-Infrastrukturen, Microservices und API-Design.
• Großes Interesse und Begeisterung für den Einsatz von KI-Funktionen (z. B. AI-Agents, intelligente Auswertungen und Prozessanalysen).
• Souveränes Auftreten im Schnittstellen- und Stakeholdermanagement über verschiedene Fachbereiche hinweg.
• Überdurchschnittlich hohes Abstraktionsvermögen, ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz sowie eine ausgeprägte Lösungs- und Kundenorientierung.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
