Web Developer (m/f/d)

Scope of Responsibilities

• Development, enhancement, and maintenance of internal web applications and associated backend services using in-house development tools
• Design, implementation, versioning, and documentation of APIs and similar interfaces
• Integration of internal systems, data sources, and platform services, e.g., CRM, databases, and line-of-business applications
• Data modeling and database access, taking into account performance, security, and maintainability
• Ensuring software quality through automated testing, code reviews, error analysis, and troubleshooting
• Creation and maintenance of container images and CI/CD pipelines, as well as deployment and operation of services on the existing Kubernetes/Docker platform
• Coordination with business departments regarding requirements and priorities, technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and adherence to IT security, data protection, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• A successfully completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in web development
• Knowledge of container technologies
• Knowledge of integrating, monitoring, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructures
• Knowledge of administering, installing, and configuring Linux® and Windows systems
• An independent, structured, and reliable work style combined with a passion for new technologies
• A strong focus on solutions and quality, as well as analytical thinking skills in dynamic and complex environments
• Very good command of German (at least C2 level) and good command of English (at least B1 level), both spoken and written
