Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Inform your colleagues: You will support various communication activities including • writing articles, creating videos and newsletters to share important developments and messages from Backend management with the whole Backend organization in an intuitive understandable way, • creating and maintaining intranet sites and databases • Experience project management: You will practice various aspects of project management such as planning activities, ensuring their successful and timely completion, even in the face of changing circumstances • Organizational talent: You will support the planning and organization of physical/ virtual management workshops and events enabling smooth event conduction and effective discussions • Teamwork is dreamwork: You will interact and collaborate with several other departments and functions Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Study field: You are currently studying business administration, industrial engineering or similar • Experience: You have already gained initial experience in the area of project management and/or change management • Interests: You are highly motivated to analyze complex business topics in a structured way with a high degree of self-initiative • Skills: You provide strong analytical and communication skills and possess proficiency in MS Power Point and MS Excel, knowledge of Camtasia is a plus • Availability: You are interested in a long-term collaboration of 16-20 hours per week • Language skills: You have fluent German and English skills, written and spoken Please attach the following documents to your application: • CV in English • Certificate of enrollment at university • Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months) • High school report Important information: • Working part-time: The focus is on studies.
