Young Startup looking for Software Developer (m/f/d)
- Build features in the web app (React 19, TypeScript, Next.js): canvas editor, vehicle library, export, project management
- Extend the vehicle kinematics engine in Rust (compiled to WebAssembly) and its geometry test suite
- Improve CAD import/export: DXF/DWG/PDF parsing in the Python converter, further work on the DXF writer
- Build interfaces to external engineering software and help shape the internal tooling we run with AI agents
- Break ideas into tasks with the founder, build them, get them in front of users, often in the same week
What we are looking for
- Technical bachelor (computer science, mechanical engineering, physics), towards the end of your studies is fine
- Coding experience and confident use of coding agents like Claude Code or Codex
- Ideally React/TypeScript, Rust or PostgreSQL
- You can break complex problems into manageable tasks
- Curious about engineering and CAD
You do not need all of these already. Depending on your strengths you will work on different parts of the software.
